The agenda of the meeting will be as follows: Agenda of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting: Approval of the merger of the Hajer Cooperative Society for Agricultural Development in Al Ahsa with the Livestock Cooperative Society in Al Ahsa. Please note that a member may vote on behalf of only one proxy, in the following cases: An absent member, provided that an official proxy approved by the society is submitted. Heirs, provided that legal powers of attorney and an official inheritance certificate are submitted. In the absence of an approved proxy for the above cases, the right to vote shall be forfeited.
